Appearance:
Crystal clear.
Aroma:
Piney juniper and cracked black pepper with attractive floral notes and faint aniseed.
Taste:
Lightly sweet and with an assertive cracked black pepper and chili spice.
Aftertaste:
Juniper, black tea and violet with lingering cracked black pepper spice and light chili-like heat.
Overall:
London dry in style but with distinctive black tea and amplified spicy peppery notes countering subtle sugary sweetness.
