Appearance:
Clear, scarlet red.
Aroma:
Cherry with pencil shavings, vanilla, liquorice, aniseed and celery.
Taste:
Spicy oak, cherry, vanilla, aniseed and mint.
Aftertaste:
Dry, bitter spicy cherry and mint.
Overall:
The aging process adds a touch of vanilla spiced oak to the classic Peychaud's Bitters
