Flavoured with an infusion of 24 spices, flowers and plants in Jacquere wine, a wine produced locally in the Chambery region. French sauvignon blanc is added to the infusion. 50% of the finished product is aged in oak barrels for six months and this is blended with unaged vermouth.

The 24 botanicals used include coriander, clove, wormwood, lavender and Bourbon vanilla beans.

Appearance:

Clear, deep bonze amber maroon red.

Aroma:

Caramel, dates, figs, dried fruit, cinnamon and orange peel with vanilla.

Taste:

Lightly spicy with dates, jammy red berry fruit, zesty orange and vanilla with cacao and cinnamon.

Aftertaste:

Gently spicy with caramel, dried fruit and orange peel.

Overall:

Generous red berry and citrus fruitiness with cinnamon spice and dry vanilla oak.
