Appearance:

Hazy, light amber. The cloudiness has a reassuring suggestion of infused honey rather than mere honey flavouring.

Aroma:

Juniper-forward piney gin with distinctive honey fragrance and faint lavender/violet.

Taste:

Just enough honey sweetness to mellow piney juniper and peppery spice gin notes without making overly sweet.

Aftertaste:

Long finish with lingering honey richness and cleansing peppery spice.

Overall:

Somewhere between a gin and a gin liqueur, Keepr's Dry Gin with British Honey is perfect for late-night tippling chilled from the fridge/over ice or for its warming properties enjoyed from a hipflask on a bracing winter's walk.
