Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Clean and fairly neutral with white pepper spirituous spice. Very faint notes of ripe red apple and fresh mint.

Taste:

Superbly clean with a crisp black pepper bite. Very faint notes of green apple. Slightly creamy mouthfeel.

Aftertaste:

Black pepper spice and faint red apple.

Overall:

Superbly clean and with an attractive mouthfeel, this otherwise neutral vodka is given some extra interest with added apple and mint distillates. Faint apple notes are evident throughout with mint most notable on the nose, but even then, this is extremely subtle.
