Review and Tasting

Sampled on 31/10/2020

Appearance:

Clear, golden amber.

Aroma:

Vanilla fudge, caramel, dried fruit, new leather and almond with buttery cinnamon and nutmeg spice.

Taste:

Cinamon and pepper spiced dry woody tannins balance creamy vanilla fudge, caramel and sweet marzipan almond.

Aftertaste:

Dry spicy bitter oak tannins continue to offset sweet caramel, vanilla and almond.

Overall:

A vibrant brandy with a split personality - sweet caramel, vanilla and almond are balanced by assertive spicey dry oak tannins.
