Review and Tasting

Sampled on 31/10/2020

Appearance:

Clear, pale amber with de-stoned and peeled peaches in the bottle. How did they get them in? More importantly, how do you get them out?

Aroma:

Apricot skin and apricot jam.

Taste:

Tart apricot. Rich apricot jam with balancing citrus acidity.

Aftertaste:

Apricot jam with citrus acidity.

Overall:

Alcoholic jammy apricot with tantalising unctuous apricots nestling at the bottom of the bottle.
