Fever-Tree Raspberry & Rose Soda is flavoured with Bulgarian Damask rose petals with late-harvest raspberries from America's west coast.

Fever-Tree Raspberry & Rose Soda is designed to be mixed over ice with pink gin or vodka.

Ingredients
Carbonated spring water, sugar, natural raspberry and rose flavouring with other natural flavours, acid: lactic acid, malic acid, citric acid, and natural colouring.

Appearance:

Clear, salmon pink with rising bubbles from carbonation.

Aroma:

Wonderfully floral rose petals and underlying ripe raspberries.

Taste:

Well-balanced and not at all as sweet as the nose might suggest, indeed this is a dry mixer. Ripe raspberry fruit is well-integrated with floral rose. Moderate carbonation also helps dry and adds a crisp bite.

Aftertaste:

Lingering rose and raspberry.

Overall:

Designed to be served long with pink gin or vodka but this floral mixer is bound to find its way into Valentine's and summery cocktails.
