A Scottish organic take on the classic German Gose style of wheat beer. Brewed with barley, wheat, sugar, alexanders, yeast, sea salt, and lactobacillus. Unfiltered and can-conditioned.

Appearance:

Cloudy, golden amber with a head that dissipates immediately.

Aroma:

Reminiscent of fermentation in progress with sea air, flour and water paste, and grapefruit.

Taste:

Tart mouth-puckering lemon/grapefruit sourness, with light herbal notes and saltiness.

Aftertaste:

Long sour finish.

Overall:

Honours the classic Gose style with pronounced sourness. Don't judge this been on the first sip - you'll need to allow your palate to acclimatise before you can appreciate this cleansing wheat beer.
