Crystal clean.

Aroma:

Delicate fruit and rosemary-led herbal aromas with an appealing pavement after rain minerality.

Taste:

Dry and crisp with cleansing black pepper spiced herbal bite and yet a mellow mouthfeel. Complex well-intergrated flavours led by thyme and rosemary.

Aftertaste:

Delicate herbal spice.
