Made at distillery Torino Distillati in Moncalieri, Piedmont, Seven Hills Gin is low pressure distilled with seven botanicals: juniper, celery, rosehip, pomegranate, camomile, blood orange, and artichoke.
The botanicals are infused in neutral alcohol hydrated to 50% alc./vol. for 10 to 15 days, gently pressed to extract the maximum flavour, and then distilled using vacuum pot distillation.

Appearance:
Crystal clear.
Aroma:
Piney juniper, celery and zesty citrus.
Taste:
Juniper leads with nutty angelica, cleansing celery and orange. Delicate sweet pomegranate influences this dry gin.
Aftertaste:
Dry piney juniper finish with a distinctive celery note.
Overall:
Piney juniper leads, as you'd expect of any decent gin but Seven Hills is made distinctive by delicate notes of celery and pomegranate. A classic dry gin with subtle hints of Italian modernity.
