Appearance:

Clear, extremely dark chestnut brown with little or no head.

Aroma:

Malt loaf, caramel and raison.

Taste:

Bitter-sweet, fruity tea cake-like with both tea-like taste and tannins.

Aftertaste:

Toffee, caramel and biter chocolate.
