This younger blend of rum is matured in Clément in Martinique. Made from fresh sugarcane juice this Rhum Agricole has a fine oak character and perfect amber colour.
In the months of February to June, the cane is crushed to retrieve the juice known as 'vesou' which goes on to be fermented for 24 to 36 hours to then be distilled to maintain the aromas. This Rhum Agricole is then aged for 12 months in French and American Oak barrels in the cellars of Clément.
