Appearance:

Clear, golden amber.

Aroma:

Cinnamon spiced chocolate, liquorice, hazelnut, and gingerbread.

Taste:

Dried fruit (figs and dates) and jammy raspberry fruit, cinnamon-spiced oak and rich peanut butter.

Aftertaste:

Cinnamon-spiced oak and peanut butter.

Overall:

A full-bodied, rich malt with berry mellowing assertive spicy oak tannins. Despite the generous alc./vol., more enjoyable neat as water dilutes richness and mouthfeel.
