Appearance:

Clear, golden amber.

Aroma:

Honeycomb, honeysuckle, ripe peach, passion fruit, and toasted almond with delicately biscuity malt.

Taste:

The merest splash of water makes this malt explode with rich ripe peach, passion fruit, and apricot. But this is no mere fruit bomb with light spice, biscuity malt and toasted almond structure.

Aftertaste:

Long fruity, lightly spiced honeyed and bready finish.

Overall:

Perhaps better balanced with the spirituous spice that comes with the generous 48.5% alc./vol. bottling strength but all the more sumptuous with a splash of water to release this malt's attractive tropical and orchard fruitiness.
