Appearance:

Pale straw colour.

Aroma:

Buttery, cereal with avocado, roasted chestnuts, fresh raspberries and a whiff of varnish.

Taste:

Raspberry pavlova with shortbread.

Aftertaste:

Cinnamon and nutmeg comes through in the lightly oaked finish.
