Flavoured with cinnamon, clove, cardamom, coriander, nutmeg, orange peel and Szechuan pepper during the second distillation. Finally, the distillate is infused with vanilla and Sweetened with Costa Rican sugar syrup.
This spiced rum is named after the red and black Cinnabar moth which flutters over the Portsmouth Distillery.
