Review and Tasting

Sampled on 20/11/2023

Appearance:

Clear, crimson red.

Aroma:

Sloe berry fruit, spice, almond and piney juniper.

Taste:

Lightly spicy, tart sloe berry fruit, underlying juniper-led gin and just enough richness to tone the tartness and amplify the flavours.

Aftertaste:

Fades with tart sloe berry, piney juniper and light spice.

Overall:

Delicious! Impossible to fault. Even the tall round bottle is elegant.
