A blend of two rums LBI and DHE, both distilled in 2012 and aged in ex-bourbon casks. Bottled at cask strength.
La Bonne Intention (LBI) was distilled in the 18th-century French Savalle four-column still while the Diamond High Ester (DHE) was made in one of the small John Dore double retort pot stills and has ester levels in excess of 1500g/hL.
Launched February 2024.
