Appearance:

Clear, golden yellow.

Aroma:

Buttery butterscotch with aromas reminiscent of a breakfast cereal with dried banana chips, cubes of fudge and grated liquorice.

Taste:

Young whiskey, peppery spirit with bitter oak, cigar tobacco and toffee impregnated old oak.

Aftertaste:

Medium toffee, butterscotch.
