Appearance:
Crystal clear.
Aroma:
Beyond the heady smell of estery ethanol lies grassy, fruity (strawberry and tinned pineapple) sugar cane aromas.
Taste:
Wonderfully flavoursome, yet clean with red berry fruit, strong grassy flavours, slight vegetal and a slight smokiness. Water opens and releases sweetness.
Aftertaste:
Peppery heat (even when diluted), dried grass and delicate sweetness.
