Poachers Premium Ginger Ale is designed to be a little dryer than some other ginger beers to compliment the richness and complexity of flavours in whiskies and rums.

It has notes of caramel and spice and a hint of apple for added complexity, sourced from organic orchards in County Kilkenny.

Ingredients
Carbonated Irish spring water, sugar, acid: citric acid, malic acid. Flavourings: natural ginger flavouring with other natural flavours, organic ginger extract (1%), organic Irish apple syrup (1%).

Appearance:

Clear, pale amber with rising bubbles.

Aroma:

Subtle ginger with a faint hint of swimming pool and cooked apple.

Taste:

Mild ginger compared to some other ginger beers with delicate notes of apple.

Aftertaste:

Fades with more ginger and apple.

Overall:

More restrained in ginger heat compared to some other ginger beers with pleasing hints of cooked apple.
