A liqueur made from the fruit, arbutus berries, of Arbutus unedo, commonly known as strawberry tree, or chorleywood in the UK, by Tuscan artisanal spirit company Spiriti del Bosco.
The arbutus berry resembles a strawberry, hence the common name strawberry tree.
