Crystal clear with rising small bubbles.

Aroma:

Delicate, zesty mandarin with faint root ginger.

Taste:

Subtle flavours of mandarin orange and ginger ale. Not sweet. Moderate carbonation.

Aftertaste:

Palate fades.

Overall:

Perhaps a little disappointing in the subtlety of flavour.
