Appearance:

(sample bot BBE Dec/17) Hazy, golden amber with a thick retentive white head.

Aroma:

Freshly baked yeasty brown bread, straw, herbs, caramel and fudge with zesty citrus and piney hops.

Taste:

Medium to full-bodied with soft carbonation. Pronounced citrusy, grassy and floral bitter hops with caramel, bready malt and herbal notes.

Aftertaste:

Bitter, toasty, dried grassy hoppy finish.

Overall:

Doughy yeasty wholemeal bread and pronounced bitter, grassy, citrusy and floral hops.
