Appearance:

Clear, pale amber with thin but retentive white head and light lacing.

Aroma:

Crispy white baguette crust, apple and faint grassy hops.

Taste:

Dry with moderately bitter hops which mask any fruitiness.

Aftertaste:

Lingering hop bitterness.
