Appearance:

Clear, pale amber with plentiful large bubbles and a lasting thin white head.

Aroma:

Grapefruit and lemon citrus with caramel shortcake.

Taste:

Slightly sweet, cooked citrus juice with biscuity beer.

Aftertaste:

Lime cordial and sweet beer.
