Review and Tasting

Sampled on 15/11/2015

Appearance:

(sample batch 001, bottle No. 107/200) Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Fresh and clean with piney juniper, fresh coriander, angelica and zesty orange. Notes of fresh basil and coriander leaves are amplified with water.

Taste:

Zesty citrus, eucalyptus rich piney juniper and coriander with some nutty angelica and faint liquorice.

Aftertaste:

Fresh coriander fades through the finish to leave lingering piney juniper and mild black pepper spice.

Overall:

A well-balanced, very classically styled, premium strength London dry gin with an attractive freshness and very mild peppery spice despite the high alc./vol..
