Produced in Ireland (by an undisclosed producer) using a grain spirit base blended with an apple spirit which is batch pot distilled in Ireland from apples grown in County Cork, Ireland.

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Wet slate mineralality and mild black pepper with faint fennel and charcoal.

Taste:

Clean with cracked black pepper. Adding water reveals faint sweet green apple skin.

Aftertaste:

Cracked black pepper and faint barbeque charcoal.

Overall:

Clean and fairly neutral with cracked black pepper and very faint green apple skin.
