La Guita, the leading brand of Mazanilla sherry, is made from Palomino grapes grown in Sanlúcar, mainly in the prestigious vineyard area of Pago Miraflores.

The wine is aged for four years using the traditional Sanlúcar de Barrameda system of criaderas and solera in the Pago Sanlúcar Viejo and Misericordia wineries.

Clear, pale straw yellow.

Aroma:

Yeasty apple with straw and citrus zest.

Taste:

Bone dry and delicately salty with yeasty apple, almond and lime.

Aftertaste:

Dry, yeasty almond with delicate citrus.
