Fresh from her role as a Brand Ambassador where she educated thousands across South East Asia and abroad. Hannah retains a bartender residency at 28 Hong Kong St, and works alongside the team providing concept and menu development, training and education, spirits curation and brand support to some of our most important clients around Asia.

Garnish: Pineapple & cherry
Method: Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.
• 45ml Sipsmith London Dry Gin
• 30ml Fresh pineapple juice
• 22.5ml Cherry Heering Liqueur
• 22.5ml Freshly squeezed lime juice
• 7.5ml Cointreau
• 7.5ml Bénédictine D.O.M.
• 2 dashes Bitters
