UK - The Hotel, Restaurant & Catering Show

What: One of the UK's largest trade events for the hospitality and foodservice industry looks to welcome over 650 exhibitors and 21,000 visitors this year. The event will be split into four shows: The Foodservice Show, The Professional Kitchen Show, Interiors and Tabletop Show and Hospitality Tech Show - bringing the latest trends and innovations in the industry. For the first time, guests will have the opportunity to meet local suppliers and discover ways to use raw ingredients in their menus, while the Vision Stage returns presenting key topics for discussion including recruitment, restaurant design and sustainability.

UK - RAW WINE London

What: The fair returns for its 9th event in London during Raw Wine Week which falls between 4-11 March, showcasing over 120 producers. Guests can explore the range of wines which will be "natural, low intervention, farmed organically or biodynamically, harvested by hand and made without excessive use of processing and additives". Among the exhibitors will be a natural wine producer from Finland, an organic producer from the Netherlands that have eliminated copper and sulphur usage, and a Danish distillery that crafts seasonal spirits. The event will be held from 10am until 5pm both days, while tickets include unlimited tastings.

UK - The Ingredients Show

What: Five shows in one, The Ingredients Show will run alongside Food & Drink Expo, Farm Shop & Deli Show, Foodex, and National Convenience Show, and will focus on four themes - Health & Nutrition, Consumer Insight, Technology and Sustainability. Visitors can explore the exhibiting zone which expects to welcome 1,500 exhibitors this year. The three-day show also aims to showcase 250 speakers, 100 live events and host 30,000 visitors. Singapore - ProWine Asia

What: One of the largest trade shows in the region, ProWine Asia returns for its 3rd edition. Showcasing 300 exhibitors from around the world, visitors can explore seminars, masterclasses, workshops and tasting sessions. The four-day programme features discussions on industry trends, including the culture of private and bespoke labelling, marketing to millennials and regulations in the region. The Champagne Lounge also returns presenting winemakers and champagne houses while professionals and an oenologist will be on hand to offer recommendations.
