UK - The Hotel, Restaurant & Catering Show

What: One of the UK's largest trade events for the hospitality and foodservice industry looks to welcome over 650 exhibitors and 21,000 visitors this year. The event will be split into four shows: The Foodservice Show, The Professional Kitchen Show, Interiors and Tabletop Show and Hospitality Tech Show - bringing the latest trends and innovations in the industry. UK - All-Female Bartender Takeover

What: London's Lyaness and the Artesian have partnered with seven of the world's leading drinks brands including Grey Goose, Bacardi and Patrón, to host an all-female bartender takeover. To celebrate International Women's Day, the two bars will welcome leading female figures in the industry, including Rebecca Sides (Jack Daniels), Sasha Filimonov (Hendrick's), Metinee Kongsrivilai (Bacardi) and Ambre Morin (Grey Goose), who have created seven special-edition cocktails inspired by renowned women in history. Lyaness will be making a charitable donation from all drinks sold on the night to The WOW Foundations which runs WOW Women of the World Festivals. All guests at Lyaness can also enjoy complimentary transfers to the Artesian Bar at 8.30pm.

USA - International Restaurant & Foodservice Show

What: The show brings together menu trends, state of the art design and decor, as well as the best in business education, along with 450 exhibitors in the restaurant and foodservice industry. The Battle of the Modern Bartender will kick off at the show challenging bartenders to showcase their best coffee cocktails. Visitors can explore Centre Stage for educational and entertaining demonstrations plus browse innovative products in the Product Showcase area. There will also be a number of awards presented during the three-day event, including The Beacon Award and The Torch Award.

UK - RAW WINE London

What: The fair returns for its 9th event in London during Raw Wine Week which falls between 4-11 March, showcasing over 120 producers. Guests can explore the range of wines which will be "natural, low intervention, farmed organically or biodynamically, harvested by hand and made without excessive use of processing and additives". Among the exhibitors will be a natural wine producer from Finland, an organic producer from the Netherlands that have eliminated copper and sulphur usage, and a Danish distillery that crafts seasonal spirits. The event will be held from 10am until 5pm both days, while tickets include unlimited tastings.
