Not sure what cocktail is in the picture - but the European Breakfast I made is brown, from the PX sherry, not pink. As all ingredients are sweet (even the Campari, before it becomes bitter), no surprise the cocktail is sweet. I like the Italicus with the Campari, but don't think the PX is doing much. Maybe make a Negroni variant instead - Old Tom/Campari/Italicus.
