To make this cocktail Polish my recipe was:
50ml of Zubrowka bison grass vodka, Absolut vodka,
Xante pear liquer and fresh pressed pears from our garden.
When served my wife exclaimed"Apple cake" , but the pear came through before a very gentle vodka bite occured. The mounth feeling is looong and warming

One of the best cocktails based on Bison Grass Liqueur I have tasted, its accents jutting through the pear flavours, yet also in harmony with them. Used Maraska Pear Liqueur in the absence of the suggested Spiced Pear brand whose notes would assuredly have added greater complexity to the drink. Definitely a cocktail for pear dedicatees!
