This is lovely cocktail with an enjoyable and slightly delayed kick. A little fussy to make from scratch because of the need to make honey syrup but worth the effort. A definite 4.5 star for me and worth a try for anyone.

Oh, and as others mention. It’s a tiny cocktail so make a double!
