Unsure of this one but I did have to substitute cocchi americano with lillet blanc which isn’t ideal. I think it’s the reposado and amontillado combo - it may be rare for a very good reason! Only two others in the Guide… That said, whilst it is not to my taste, I do appreciate what it is trying to do
