This is the best Singapore Sling recipe I’ve found. Lovely balance, and very much more than a sum of its parts. Hats off to DeGroff!

To add: to any parents out there struggling with the more minute amounts (2.5ml, 7.5ml), I can recommend the use of a Calpol syringe!
