This Italian red bitter liqueur's striking label was created by Piedmontes contemporary artist Riccardo Guasco, who linked each of the four Stucchi products...
Thank you. May I ask why in your book (I purchased the latest edition) it sensibly states the style of ingredient, (e.g. orange/red bitter liqueur) for each recipe, whilst on the website it indicates a specific brand?
When our website displays brand names in recipes, you can click on the name which leads to a brand page. In turn brand pages link to the generic and alternative brands. Our Premium members have the option to change the brand to the one they prefer/have. Obviously, none of this is possible in a book.
Thanks for explaining. Feedback-wise, my preference would be to see the generic name on the recipes here, which could be hyperlinked to brand options, but I’m guessing there’s some form of sponsorship driving this. I’m thankful that the book at least no longer favours specific brands.
I love both the book and website, and the regular emails. Big fan here. Any plans to update the app?
