Nothing to special about this. The lime feels out of place. Might be better to use acid adjusted pineapple juice instead of adding the lime juice b

Very nicely balanced, dry and light cocktail. Not overwhelmingly sweet at all, like some of the pineapple cocktails can be. The pineapple is the main flavor but it finishes with a citrus sourness. My wife did enjoy it better by adding 1/4 oz / 7.5 ml rich syrup to the cocktail. Might have made it slightly more balanced, but I prefer less sweet drinks.

Simple yet tasty! And as always light rum and pineapple goes together so well.
