The "How to make" calls for 10ml of Campari & 10ml of Okar Island Bitter while the "Ingredients" call for 10ml of Okar Island Bitter but no Campari. Which is correct ?
I've tried it using 10ml of Campari (I have no Okar Island Bitter anyway) and then added 5ml of Campari after that. More Campari made the sherry components disappear (Campari is a bully).
As a Negroni fan I liked the concept of using sherry & port. Sloe gin was also good for low ABV.
Will rate after having tried the correct specs.
