Restaurant Workers Community Foundation is fundraising right now (if are able to do so, donate here) to help fund both zero-interest loans to businesses to maintain payroll and for individual workers facing economic hardships as a direct result of COVID-19. Joining them is One Fair Wage who are asking for donations to support those who relied on tips as an income. Donate or ask for help here.

The United States Bartenders Guild has set up a Bartender Emergency Assistance Program. You do not need to be a USBG member to apply for a grant, but this help is ONLY for bartenders experiencing severe hardship.

For those placing an order with Seamless in Manhattan, bottled cocktails will now be on the menu, thanks to filmmaker Steven Soderbergh's spirit Singani 63 teaming up with New York's cocktail bar The Garret to support the bar's out-of-work staff. Priced at $50, these "Staff Support" 750ml bottled cocktails include a riff on a Vesper Rouge featuring Singani 63, and all proceeds will go to staff.

Mister Paradise, the East Village cocktail bar, has transformed into liquor store Paradise Wines & Liquor offering bottled cocktails, spirits, beer and wine for home delivery. Friday delivery only. Minimum of $50, orders can be sent to by 9pm every Thursday.
