Lustau's home and main bodega is located in the heart of Jerez de la Frontera, the capital city of the Sherry region. Additionally, Lustau produces wines in the other two cities that comprise the Sherry Triangle: El Puerto de Santa María and Sanlúcar de Barrameda.
Lustau's bodega in Jerez encompasses six cathedral-like 19th-century cellars, where the company continues to mature its wines using traditional soleras and techniques unchanged for generations.
