- 50ml Ron Santiago de Cuba Extra Añejo 11YO
- 20ml Sour apple juice
- 10ml Fino sherry
- 10ml Grenadine
Method: Add ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake and double strain.
Inspiration:925 is inspired by the tale of Jennings Cox "creating" the Daiquiri whilst entertaining friends during his time stationed in the mining town of the same name.
The idea of creating something to share with those close to you. So that the revelry and celebrations can continue.
The name is in reference to a particular hallmark used to denote a quality of precious metal, and the four ingredients are representative of the friends I'd happily share some Daiquiris with.
