How to make:


Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake for 20 seconds. Double strain into glass.

1 1/3 fl oz Patrón Silver blanco tequila
2/3 fl oz Italicus or other Rosolio di Bergamotto/bergamot liqueur
2/3 fl oz Giffard Coconut syrup
2 barspoon La Fée Parisienne absinthe
1 pinch Salt (sea salt)
1 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
