Serve in

Rocks glass

Garnish:

Salt rim

How to make:

1. Gently moisten a rocks glass rim with marmalade.
Then turn the glass upside down and dip it in the sea salt flakes.
2. Place lime and lemon wedges, orange marmalade and simple syrup in the salt-rimmed rocks glass. With a muddler press down and twist the wedges to release the juice (and the oils in the peel).
3. Add crushed ice, then Tequila Patrón Silver and stir the drink. Fill up with ice.

2 fl oz Patrón Silver blanco tequila
1 barspoon Orange marmalade
3 wedge Lime (fresh)
3 wedge Lemon (fresh)
1/3 fl oz Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix)
4 grind Salt (sea salt)

Origin:

What if Margarita and Caipirinha had an affair?
Muddled, not shaken it would be!
Inspired by the most iconic Brazilian cocktail, this big, sour, icy cocktail is a simply perfect choice for celebrating summer days with friends.
The traditional Brazilian way of muddling lemon, lime and orange marmalade adds a unique bright citrusy flavors to this cocktail highlighting the fresh agave notes of Patrón Silver.
Dois amores means two loves, it represents my primal love for Caipirinhas and Margaritas.
