During quarantine I started experimenting with my juice extractor, juicing different fruits and vegetables. I found that I liked the savory flavor and aroma of celery combined with the sweet acidity of apple the best when paired with tequila. Over the last decade there's been a boom of fresh juice bars and smoothie shops popping up more and more in the US and now, because of the pandemic, you easily find these products at your local grocer and even have them delivered right to your door! These types of juices provide a healthier, fresher balance when drinking so for my Margarita of the year I combined, Patron Silver blanco tequila with herbs, vegetables and fruit for an extraordinary experience!
