- 5 ml Coffee liqueur
- 5 ml Vin Santo del Chianti
- 5 ml Gentian liqueur
- 25 ml Apricot eau de vie
The creator says: "I've been inspired by the after-meal traditions in Cuba and other countries that I have lived in. The Cafecito is one of Cuba's most known traditions: coffee, fruit distillates and sweet wines are traditionally consumed in both France and Italy. Bitter gentian is a staple in almost every bitter liqueur, often drank as a digestive."
