  • 50 ml Ron Santiago de Cuba Extra Añejo 11 Year Old
  • 10 ml Bianco vermouth
  • 20 ml Lime
  • 15 ml Ginger syrup
  • 10 ml Apricot syrup
  • 2 dashes Toasted almond bitters

The creator says: "A delicious little zesty cocktail, with a bit of gentle spice coming from the ginger to really complement the ageing of the rum. The apricot comes through lightly, rounding off the sharper notes. Light, zesty and fresh."
