Method: Add ingredients into shaker with ice, shake and fine strain. Garnish with carbonated grape.
Inspiration:I wanted to stay very much true to the bones of what a Daiquiri is whilst also adding some interesting complimentary flavours. The herbaceous ingredients in the green cordial bring savoury and fresh notes when paired with the Verjus, delivering a bright and fresh take on the classic Daiquiri.
