Hoot The Redeemer

At the foot of the entrance stairs, a speakeasy-style disguised door leads into this subterranean bar themed around a 1950s New Orleans funfair. And as the story on the bar's website says, "There's a Tarot reader ahead of you, a claw crane machine on your left, and an ice-cream parlour on your right with a happy ice-cream pot on the sign."

The "happy ice-cream" is suitably alcoholic and sums up this fun bar that doesn't take itself too seriously but turns out some tasty cocktails such as "Papa Don't Peach" with bourbon, Aperol, peach syrup, lime and Angostura bitters, topped with ginger beer.
